Our process utilizes both the artist's hand and modern computer controlled equipment such as CNC machines. The amount of different types of projects we produce in a year makes our service competencies too long to list. Simply reach out and ask if you what you need is not represented with this small window of offerings. Simply put we make things for businesses and people. Often if we don’t have a specific machine required to perform a task we make one. If we have never done something before we don’t shy away. If the request if difficult or challenging we try to find a way.

Living Hinge Technique on Corners

These are custom pool table bases made of ForesColor (Color Core MDF). The pattern milled into the gold color skin allows the material to bend easily. Thus the meaning “living” as it is actually flexible before gluing onto the subframe

CNC Milled Mould for Making Curved Cinder Blocks

Twin Wall Polycarbonate Paint Spray Booth

We designed this paint booth in AutoDesk Fusion 360 CAD software. Client assembled. We chose Douglas Fir 2x4’ skinned with two wall polycarbonate often used on green houses. Easy to source locally it offers transparency and durability.

Quad Gable Hip Roof for Custom Greenhouse

We Designed and Fabricated Powder Coat Oven

This large power coating oven is for another vendor in the same building as one of our shops. It is eight feet deep, seven feet wide and seven feet tall. It has eight oven coils. Can reach about 400 degrees.
