isoDeck is a CNC milled billet aluminum skateboard deck based on the isogrid pattern. A incredibly strong triangular lattice structure used in aerospace.

Our skateboard decks are milled out of 6061 aluminum with a HASS CNC vertical milling machine. The design is parametric which allows us to change the size of the board to meet the needs of the consumer. Currently this is a MTO (made to order) product design. Isogrid is pattern milled into metal often utilized on critical parts in the aerospace industry. Visually this is seen as a hollowed-out series of triangles forming a lattice structure. These triangles, along with stiffening ribs (often called stringers) are integral to the high strength yielded. The isogrid pattern offers a high rigidity vs weight ratio. This process can be manufactured with both subtractive manufacturing and additive manufacturing.
